The CORK PADS have an adhesive tape on the bottom side that makes them super easy to use and install onto our STEPS. As we did not want to hide the beautiful STEPS underneath them we intentionally left some space between the CORK PADS and the edge of the STEPS.
The pads are made form a natural material, are soft and anti-slip. Additionally, the material is breathable but can also retain warmth if the cat chooses to rest on the STEPS XL which makes this material super comfortable. With the CORK PADS even wary cats can confidentially use our STEPS XL as the cork makes them almost completely slip-proof.

I bought 6 cat steps made by LucyBalu (model with the cork pads), I was looking for something minimal for my cats ‘ wall climbing system, I didn’t finished to built the cats wall yet and I need for sure to buy others cat’s furnitures but for the moment I’m very happy about these cats steps, I love the quality of the materials and the design. I think the steps are beautiful and match perfectly with my living room interiors. These steps are also very safe and easy to use for big cats like mine!
