In Switzerland, we ship directly — and therefore duty-free — from our warehouse in St. Gallen. Delivery is handled by Swiss Post.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not paid to LucyBalu GmbH but to the local customs or tax authorities. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order.
Unless stated otherwise in the respective product listing, delivery times are as follows:

Your order will only be forwarded to our warehouse and released for shipping preparation once payment has been successfully received. For certain payment methods — such as Klarna Sofortüberweisung — payment confirmation may take longer, which can delay dispatch by a few hours.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
