SWITZERLAND

In Switzerland, we ship directly - and therefore customs-free - from our Swiss warehouse in St. Gallen.
Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, our customers may have to pay additional customs duties, taxes or fees, not to LucyBalu GmbH, but to the local customs or tax authorities. We therefore recommend that our customers check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered
(1) in Germany within 1-3 days
(2) within 3-5 days for other EU countries (delivery times vary for non-EU-countries depending on the country)
after conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment was selected by the customer, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that on Sundays and holidays no deliveries are being made.
If you have ordered items with varying delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
