Where are LucyBalu products designed and made?

We design all our products in Munich. Many of our furniture pieces, such as the PLATEAU cat tree, the GALLERY wall-mounted cat tree or the DINE feeding station, are made in Germany; other products are made by partners abroad. Each product page states where it is made.

Can I buy individual parts?

Yes. Wear parts such as scratching posts, felt and cork pads, the SWING hammock or the TREVI pump and filter are sold separately. That way you only replace what's worn, and the furniture stays. You'll find all parts under spare parts.

Climbing wall or cat tree: what suits my home?

A climbing wall needs no floor space, can be extended and works well in smaller homes. You do have to drill, and the wall plugs need to suit your wall. A cat tree like PLATEAU is ready straight away and moves with you, but needs floor space. Many people combine both.

How do I get my cat used to new furniture?

Place or hang new furniture where your cat already likes to spend time, for example near its favourite spot or by the window. Add a blanket or toy that smells of your cat, and give it time. Many cats need a few days before they discover a new piece for themselves.

Modern cat furniture: climbing wall, cat tree and sleeping spots

Cats want to climb, scratch and lie up high. With a cat climbing wall made of STEPS, SWING or CATWALK, you use the wall instead of the floor and can extend it bit by bit. If you'd rather go freestanding, our cat trees include PLATEAU with its lounging platform and the slim SCRATCHPOLE. Scratching surfaces in sisal, cardboard and paper are under scratching furniture. For sleeping and dozing there's the PEBBLE felt cave, the DINGHY corduroy bed and more under sleeping spots. Cat accessories for every day: feeding, litter box and on the go

At the feeding area, DINE, DELI and BUFFET raise the bowls slightly, and the TREVI drinking fountain offers running water. For the litter box there's STEELOO in stainless steel and ARENA, plus TOFU cat litter and the LOOMAT litter mat. Bags and backpacks for travelling are under transport, harnesses, collars and brushes under cat accessories, and felt balls and more to play with under cat toys.
