Gross und gut

Endlich mal ein Katzenklo, das gross genug ist für meine Maine Coons, keine Höhle ist und auch noch ein tolles Design hat. Leicht zu reinigen, akzeptabler "Rauswurfschutz". Der Kater hat es geprüft und für gut befunden.

Das beste Katzenklo!

Ich habe vier BKH, alles sehr große Herren und ich hatte das Gefühl, daß die herkömmlichen Katzentoiletten ihnen irgendwie zu eng waren. Richtig gedacht! Seitdem das ARENA bei uns eingezogen ist, wird
ausschliesslich dieses benutzt. Es gibt jetzt ein Zweites. Bin super begeistert und meine Jungs erst recht.

Ich finde das Katzenklo sehr hübsch, aber etwas klein, der obere Teil des Katzenklos nimmt auch nochmal Platz weg, mein Kater ist nicht besonders groß aber hat trozdem Schwierigkeiten dich darin zu drehen

My cats poo'd outside the Arena

I read that an open toilet is much preferred by cats. I liked the design so I ordered this one. It came 2,5 weeks later than was communicated. LB forgot my order.
Unfortunately we kept finding poo outside of the box, so after a week I asked if I could return it. That was a no that was quite disappointing. Especially after the Trevi experience... The products are often beautiful but the client services department could learn a thing or two.

Dear Liesbeth, thank you very much for your feedback. We're really sorry that the litter tray didn't suit your cat. When a cat has been using a particular type of litter tray for years, it can take some time to get used to it.
We have offered you the option of sending the litter tray back to us if it's in unused condition. Unfortunately, as stated in our returns policy, we cannot accept returns of used toilets, unless of course the product is faulty. As the product itself wasn't faulty, but used, we were unfortunately unable to offer you a refund. We hope you understand.
We apologise again for the delay in delivery. We always strive to provide the best possible service and unfortunately a mistake was made by one of our staff.
