How can we help you?
Pick your topic. Often you'll find the answer right here. And if not, your message goes straight to the right person.
We issue your refund as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse, where we check and process every return individually. That's why the refund sometimes isn't immediate, even if you've already been notified that your parcel was delivered. After that, depending on your payment method, it can take a few more days for the money to reach you.
We process every order as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we can't promise that the delivery address can still be changed. Once your order is being prepared for dispatch or has already shipped, changes are no longer possible.
