How high should the SCRATCHPAD be hung?

The ideal height of your SCRATCHPAD scratching board depends on your cat—more specifically, on its size, age, and mobility. To ensure that it can stretch out comfortably and sharpen its claws properly, it should be able to stretch out completely without its paws extending beyond the top edge. Tip: If your cat's stretched-out length reaches about the middle of the scratching board, they're guaranteed to have fun sharpening their claws.

How much weight or pulling force can the SCRATCHPAD withstand?

Our SCRATCHPAD scratching board is robustly constructed and can easily withstand strong pulling forces and intense scratching attacks. The magnets in the frame ensure a secure hold—even when your cat really gets going with its claws. So you can be sure that the SCRATCHPAD will stay where it should—even with energetic cats.

Can I replace the scratching board if it has been worn down?

Yes, you can purchase the scratch board separately as a replacement product. You can find it in the “Replacement Products” category in our shop.

Das Brett sieht richtig gut aus. War kinderleicht zu befestigen. Vor allen Dingen kann man es nach Verschleiß austauschen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Beautifully designed

Sturdy and of great quality. I love that the scratchpadpad is removable and replaceable. Unfortunately, my cat is not interested in it at all! She will only use it if I literally place her paws on the scratcher and bribe her with treats. 😹 However that is not the fault of the company. She seems to prefer cardboard scratchers. Perhaps one day she will take interest in it. At least it looks great on my wall as a decorative piece of art. 🖼
