Can the felt cave be cleaned?

The PEBBLE is easy to care for. Thanks to the natural wool fat, it almost cleans itself and is also slightly water-repellent. If a spot does appear, simply wipe it gently with a damp sponge – that’s usually all it takes. Important: Please do not wash it in the washing machine, as wool felt is sensitive to heavy rubbing and heat.

Warm in winter, cool in summer – is that really true?

Genuine wool felt is a natural all-rounder: In winter, it retains your cat’s body heat and provides a pleasantly cozy warmth. In summer, it absorbs moisture, which can create evaporative cooling and thus a refreshing effect. This keeps your cat comfortable all year round – no matter the temperature.

What does the felt cave smell like?

Our PEBBLE felt cave is made of 100% genuine wool felt and is free from harmful substances. Many customers report that their cats find the natural wool scent intriguing and like to sniff it curiously. During the first few days, the PEBBLE may smell a bit stronger because it was packed airtight for transport by sea from Nepal.

For which cat breeds or sizes is the felt cave suitable?

Our felt caves offer plenty of space for most cats up to about 6–7 kg. Medium-sized breeds such as British Shorthairs or Norwegian Forest Cats also feel comfortable inside.

Wool felt is naturally shape-retaining and elastic at the same time. After unpacking, the cave may appear slightly compressed – simply reshape it with your hand. Once your cat starts using it, the felt naturally stabilizes through body heat and movement.

Erstaunlich geräumige, hochwertige Schlummerhöhle

Sehr geräumig, auch für unsere große Katze (sie ist ein eher kleiner Maine Coon/Norwegian Forrest-Mischling), toll verarbeitet, und ein super Hingucker im Raum. Riecht sehr natürlich und nicht aufdringlich nach Schafswolle.
Unsere Katze hat die neue Höhle sofort angenommen und legt sich über den Tag immer mal wieder zum Schlummern hinein, auch der mitgelieferte pinke Filzball wird von ihr gerne durchs Haus gejagt.

Hochwertige Filzhöhle – von meinen Katzen sofort geliebt ❤️🐾

Diese Filzhöhle hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Der Filz ist angenehm dick, hochwertig verarbeitet und die Höhle wirkt sehr stabil und langlebig.

Meine Katzen haben sie direkt angenommen und nutzen sie täglich zum Schlafen, Entspannen und Beobachten. Besonders schön finde ich die Form und den Eingang – die Katzen fühlen sich darin geschützt und können gleichzeitig alles im Blick behalten.

Auch zum Spielen ist die Höhle perfekt geeignet. Hier wird regelmäßig aus dem Inneren heraus auf vorbeilaufende Artgenossen gelauert und mit viel Begeisterung „zugeschlagen“. 😹🐾

Die Höhle bleibt formstabil, wirkt gemütlich und macht insgesamt einen sehr durchdachten Eindruck. Man merkt, dass bei Design und Verarbeitung Wert auf Qualität gelegt wurde.

Die Farbe ist in natura etwas gedeckter als auf den Produktbildern – eher ein warmes Senf- bzw. Honiggold. Mir persönlich gefällt der Farbton sogar noch besser als erwartet.

Eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle Katzen, die Höhlen und geschützte Rückzugsorte lieben. ❤️🐾

Gezellige mand voor poes of kat

Hele mooie comfortabele mand, waar onze poes dezelfde dag dat we het hebben neer gezet lekker in ging liggen. Ik vind de mand niet vreemd ruiken. Ziet er gezellig en knus uit.
