As part of our exciting Catmodel Contest, we are delighted to have three official partners at our side: Lassie, Filu Vet and PetLeo. We asked them a few questions in order to learn more about their mission, values and inspirations. Here's a little behind-the-scenes look for you:
PetLeo: digital innovation for animal health
Founding and mission: PetLeo was founded in 2020 by Fulya Safak, Bülent Hacıoğlu and Karim Abdo (see picture above). Fulya brought in her veterinary expertise, while Karim and Bülent contributed their experience in e-health and software development. PetLeo has made it its mission to digitise veterinary practices and improve the well-being of animals.
Values and daily work: Respect and diversity are core values at PetLeo. A trusting environment and open communication shape their day-to-day work. Their goal is to relieve the burden on vets and offer pet owners transparency and security.
Inspiration for the partnership: PetLeo is proud to be a partner of the Catmodel Contest. This partnership supports their mission to improve the well-being of pets through innovative solutions and to draw attention to important topics such as animal health.
Lassie: prevention and love of animals in focus
Gründung und Mission: Lassie was founded by Hedda, Sophie and Johan (see picture above) in order to prevent health problems in pets. They combine Hedda's knowledge of pet health, Sophie's experience in the pet industry and Johan's web development skills to create a revolutionary insurance and platform for pet parents.
Werte und tägliche Arbeit: Lassie's core values are prevention & love of animals, transparency and helpfulness. They offer their customers comprehensive support and reward them for their efforts for the health of their animals with a bonus points system.
Inspiration für die Partnerschaft: Lassie and LucyBalu share the belief that prevention and the well-being of four-legged friends should be at the centre. The partnership with the Catmodel Contest supports this shared mission.
Filu Vet: modern veterinary practice with heart
Gründung und Mission: Filu Vet was founded by Dr. med. vet. Anna Magdalena Naderer, Justus Richard Buchen and Christian Uwe Köhler. Their goal is to establish a modern veterinary practice that offers first-class medical care and innovative technologies.
Werte und tägliche Arbeit: Filu Vet places great emphasis on innovation, empathy and excellence. Modern technologies, loving care and continuous further training ensure the high quality of their work.
Inspiration für die Partnerschaft: The partnership with the LucyBalu Catmodel Contest allows Filu Vet to showcase their passion for animals and their commitment to their well-being. They are looking forward to the creativity and joy that the contest brings into the cat world.
